Today I was trying to remove a user from a group and a popup just appeared witho

Today I was trying to remove a user from a group and a popup just appeared without any message and only OK and CANCEL buttons.
Then I tried to delete some processes and the same and also I tried to deactivate a user just to check and I realized the same popup. When I checked the jboss log the first error is as follows,
