How can we see/build a tree view of security groups?

We have a lot of security groups and we would like to see a tree view with dependencies between the different security groups available in the application. 

We are using mind mapping third party applications to map things out. Is there a view/report/dashboard existent or in the pipeline that we can leverage instead?
