Appian 17.1 Admin Console - Cannot Update Users

Hello All,

I have installed a clean Appian 17.1 onsite environment on behalf on a Customer. The Customer ran an orchart-sync module that implemented in the past. This module imported around 10.000 users. But we are facing an issue when we try to update a user through Administration Console- Users Tab. There is validation error in the User Form in Location section preventing us to put Greek characters there (Address 1 contains an invalid character). Therefore we cannot update a User profile.

Does anybody knows about this issue? Why Appian put validation to Location text fields?
