We having been using SAML Authentication for a while now and it has worked without a problem. Previously, we were not creating Appian User accounts automatically. I just turned on the auto create user option and it works great, but we are experiencing one issue. We can no longer login to Appian with non-SAML user accounts. According to the dosucmentation (and it has been working prior to this change) you should log in using /suit/portal/login.jsp and it will authenticate you against your Appian credentials. But it is not working. Has anyone run into this issue and if so have you been able to solve it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
