WARNING your process emails may never make it

[APPIAN CLOUD] So after some discussion with Appian support via tickets i found that there are no logs or alerts coming from the SMTP server if it fails to deliver. The process simply registers that the appian smtp server picked it up for delivery and the process goes on with its merry way. These Appian SMTP servers can get blacklisted and the ONLY way an administrator finds out is if a user starts complaining they are missing emails and we put in a support ticket for Appian to look into the smtp logs. If you feel this is wrong and needs addressed sooner than later. Please put in a support ticket to bump up this issue on their backlog. I would like to see an email to administrators or access to the smtp logs ( i was told each Appian cloud instance has its own smtp server) .

If you know of a way to detect the Appian SMTP server getting blacklisted I would be grateful.

Thanks

Rick
