No gateways are getting started

I've installed the appian server and migrated all the KDB files from previous installation.

While starting the server, executing the command "start-suite.bat", out of 15 only 3 gateways are active.

I've even tried renaming the KDB files to greater number. But the issue hasn't resolved.

Below is the description of "start-suite.bat" command:

Recommendation:
1. Stop all services and restart the OS. Maybe some engines are still running that needs to be shutdown for the port to be free.
2. Reinstall appian following the migration guide on forum. Pay particular attention to system requirements and apply the latest hotfix.
