is it possible to set different password expiration for particular users? For example, if I want use a special user through whom i want to access Appian web service, i don't want to set psswd expiration for him.

Hi erikm, I don't think we can set the different password expiration dates for particular user/group of users. For your requirement to access appian as webservice from another system you can user third party credentials which can be configurable from Admin console. Please refer to the documentation for more information(docs.appian.com/.../Secure_Credentials_Store.html)
erikm192 There is no such kind of facility. But I can tell you work around for this.
1.Write a process model to deactivate the user
2.Configure a trigger on a start node of that process model
2.Select the option "Delay until the date and time specified by this expression"
