We are upgrading Appian servers from 7.6 to 17.2, so as per Forum documentation we have upgraded our servers to intermediate version 7.11 and after that we migrated to 17.2.
Now, the issue is when we migrated from 7.6 to 7.11 the LDAP configurations were present, but when migrated from 7.11 to 17.2 they are missing.
Please help us in configuring LDAP for 17.2, if possible, please guide us in identifying the path where these configurations are present in 7.6 version

I know this thread is quite old now. I have a request from my client to add SAML authentication. Our on-prem instance is running appiian 18.2 and has the LDAP configured via spring security override files. I believe this is what's causing issues for us when we are trying to test logging in with SAML/EntraID. Is there an updated migration guide link? The above url is no longer valid.
I believe we need to move the LDAP config out of the spring security files and into the admin console to mitigate the SAML auth issue, but that's just a hunch.
Whoa! Blast from the past :-) You should be just able to remove the spring override files which should revert the configuration back to standard and then you should be able to configure SAML in the admin console.
