I have successfully upgraded our environment to version 17.3, however I am unable to start the Appian Engines via the windows service. The error message I'm getting is "Missing argument for option: p". I've created a password using the password.bat service, and I'm able to start the engines manually using start.bat.
I installed the service from <APPIAN_HOME>/services/bin/win-service/service.bat (service.bat install). Is there something that I need to do in order for this service to recognize the password that was set from the password.bat service?
