Are the 'Reset Password' action performed by an Admin logged anywhere?

If the admin resets a user's password, is it recorded anywhere?

Check the logs located here:

logs/audit/password_resets.csv

That log does not capture Admin actions via the Admin panel

The event is recorded in the log file /logs/audit/secure_credentials_store.csv as soon as you reset the password via admin console but this file does not have good logs w.r.t action performed.
