K3.lic file Error To start Appian Engines

Quick Background of the situation:

Problem: We ran into a situation where the Kdb's File kept making and eventually filled all the memory space.

we did the following steps:

1. Ran a cleanup script to delete all the kdb's with just leaving the latest 5

2. Shut down JBoss, Search and Appian Engine respectively.

Each time we run Appian Engine: it Doesn't execute by stating K3.lic

In addition, also tried replacing the K3.lic file, with the new one. But the error persists.

I am attaching the Server logs which has information about before and after the server restart.
