I am trying to change/reset password for one of the user and when I click on reset password it says an email has been sent to the email address.
But user did not received any email to the given email ID. Can someone please let me know if we need to change any properties to enable sending emails.

Please check email settings (in case they are missing)
1. Admin Console
Email -> Allow Appian to send email
2. Custom.propeties (Set below properties with appropriate values and restart the App server)
