Error: Could not find or load main class com.appian.komodo.StartKomodo

Hi Am trying to set up a 17.4 local instance . AM getting the below error while attempting to start Appian by executing start.bat.

Error: Could not find or load main class com.appian.komodo.StartKomodo

Any suggestion for sorting this out will be really helpful.

Please try reinstalling appian paying attention to the pre-requisites...especially java jdk version. Also after setting up everything, please deploy the latest hotfix. This issue seems to be indicating something wrong with not following the installation procedure correctly.
