As TLS 1.0 is going out of support by 13th Feb'18. Our FTP server (AIX 5.3) is with TLS 1.0 and communicating with Appian cloud. How to upgrade from TLS 1.0 to TLS 1.2 ? It is bit urgent and file transfer will stop otherwise.

Leaving aside the fact that Appian announced this in July 2017, I don't think your FTP connection will be affected. Based on the Knowledge Base article, this change only impacts connections from Web browsers.
