Not able to login in a new setup

HI All, 

 

Have set up a new instance of 17.4 . While trying to login with user details mentioned in password.properties am gettign authentication error. Any suggestion to debug will be helpful.

    Hi mohamed,

    Can you verify it under <REPO_HOME>/ear/suite.ear/conf.password.properties,Whether you remove that "## " or not.

    ## The first name of the system administrator user that
    ## will be created during app server startup
    conf.password.ADMIN_FIRST_NAME=XXXXX

    ## The last name of the system administrator user that
    ## will be created during app server startup
    conf.password.ADMIN_LAST_NAME=XXXXX

    ## The temporary password for the created system administrator user to use
    ## to log in for the first time. The user will be prompted to change their
    ## password at log in.
    conf.password.ADMIN_TEMPORARY_PASSWORD=XX
