Are there separate SQL or DDL scripts available for download for the 7.2 product

When the Appian platform starts up, it checks to see if the target schema exists or if a schema migration needs to be performed for older versions of Appian, and creates the schema automatically. To my knowledge, these scripts aren't available separately. Can I ask what the use case is?
