Updating constants in a multi server scenario from designer

Hi Team,

Our prod topology is 2 httpd servers + 2 WAS servers + 2 Engines servers. During prod implementation we like to update some constants via designer. Doubt whether this constant updated will get reflected in both servers or what approach should be taken in this scenario
