Hello All,
We are having issue where we are trying to schedule Heath checks for all our environments.
But for some of our environments, we were successfully able to genrate a report as per schedule but for 1 of our environments, we are not able to genrate a report.
When checked at proceess, we were not able to see proces being triggered for health check. Compared that environment with other successful environments, but didnt found anythng different.
Attaching herewith some of screen shots for schedule health check on problematic env. Also tried by changing time zone in AHC_SCHEDULE_TIMEZONE constant as per my timezone with no luck, as per suggestion from Appian.
Please suggest to kick start the schedule heath check process. Thanks in advance.
