Appian code deployment to mirror/disaster recover env

Hi Team,

We are using ADM 2.1.0 to deploy our code to production. We also have a mirror/dr box which is kept in cold (i.e JBOSS is not up and engines are not up); so till this date we never cared whether ADM is successfully deploying all code to DR box. My concern as DR is in cold ,we never bothered to delete CDT from DR during any deployment. Does that mean our DR will be completely out of sync.

I came to know that while we are deploying a package ,essentially it is updating few entries in primary DB. In that case if our primary DB in prod/dr is synced then can we assume that DR is up-to-date as PROD
