Designer Exam - Unable to Submit and Timed-out, still showing - in Progress after 2 days

Hello,

I took the Designer Exam C200_18 on Friday (4/6/18) and after answering all 90 questions, the session timed out (was reviewing the answers and was on the first question). It went back to the exam home page instruction (like where you see Begin your exam). From the point forward, I'm unable to get in or submit my exam. Emails to academyonline@appian is not responsive and no one acknowledged the issue yet.

I can still see the exam still not completed from my page.

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.
