I am facing some troubles in requesting long-term license (Appian 18, VM with Linux)
I have already get a temporary license (one week ago) and to get a long-term license I had fullfilled (at the license site) the text box with the output of ./q that I had saved (one week ago)
But when I submitted, a mandatory (and unexpected!) box "FQDN host" appeared.
Then I ran again command: QHOME=.. ./q
This time, when I submitted, I have got following error messages:
There is already a pending request for this FQDN. Please request a license for a different FQDN or cancel this request.Your Q output is invalidThe operating system in your Q output is not a recognized operating system or your Q output is invalid
Could you please give to me some suggestions or hints ? Am I missing something ?

I followed your suggestion, and in fact appeared a text like the one you said.
But ALSO appeared un unexpected box asking for FQDN: how can I manage it ?

I do not know which is the parameter I have to set about fqdn in custom.properties.
