500 - Internal server error, updating to 18.1

We have recently installed 18.1 to our server machine.

All Appian engines and Jboss server is running fine as expected. But when we try to access the login page form url mentioned in custom.property file it throws following error on web page.

Custom.property file's cofig as below:

conf.suite.SCHEME=https

conf.suite.APPLICATION_CONTEXT=suite

conf.suite.SERVER_AND_PORT=bpmspace12.companyname.net

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Kindly share the logs for better support.

Hey Benhail,

Thanks for responding, but i am able figureout the problem and resolved the issue. It seems previously application was setup using IIS which was down during upgrade. Thx !
