Admin Console Tab not Visible

Hi Folks,

I have an administrator user account.

The strange behavior which I am noticing is that the user can access the System Tab in "designer"/"Runtime Data" but the user cannot access the "/admin" tab nor can see/access the Admin Console tab in tempo.

What can be the issue ?

I cannot recall if we can do any such settings in appian.

    Are you sure your user is a System Administrator type? Based on the description it sounds like the user is just a Basic user in the Designer group.

    I would start by double checking this by running this rule: isusersystemadministrator(loggedInUser())

    If that returns false, then you'll either need another System Admin to update your account, or create a new Sys Admin.
