JWEB000065: HTTP Status 401

Getting the below error when users try to log in via external url. This error only evident when a user is trying to access it via its external ip ( we have NATTED the internal IP) also tried adding the url to the hosts file but the issue persists. Login page appears fine but they are unable to log in and are prompted with the below error message.

    Kindly let me know if that works. Usually when a http authentication is required, we pass the username and password along with the request. I think that explains why the external url works after the user logs in first from the internal url. As Appian uses SSO, the user is able to access the contents after he/she first logs in from the internal url.
