You either don't have a license, have an invalid one, or your license has expired.

Or it's in the wrong place. Most likely it's expired.

Thanks for the response David!! We have placed license file in Appropriate folder and deployed the configuration. The license file will be expired on 24 May 2018.

Just we want to Know, is there any other issue?

Have you attempted to run again?

Yes!! We did 2-3 times David.

License Issue, Kindly request a new Temporary License and try again. As per your log file, it speaks about errors regards to license.

Nothing like that, Its gonna expire soon, so why don't we try with a new license.
And come up with a solution for your problem.
