mail-listener.log -- On Premise

Where do we find the mail-listener.log in an on premise environment ? I am not able to find them.

Hi Alok ,

In the /suite/designer environment, navigate to the 'Home' tab, where you will see a link on the left navigation bar 'Access System Logs'--> mail-listener.log.

I dont see this option in the on premise environment.

<APPIAN_HOME>\logs\mail-listener.log

Ex: "C:\appian18.1\appian\logs\mail-listener.log"
