appian-mysql-ds.xml failed

Hi All ,

We have upgraded our software form 18.1 version to 18.2 version ,and we have followed all steps which are mentioned in the document,

and it was upgraded successfully and we are able to do our-work and everything is working fine..but here, the thing is <JBOSS-HOME>/standalone/deployments/appian-mysql-ds.xml failed

can anyone faced such scenario..

Hello Prakash,

As the other suggested delete the failed file and try to restart. Since it is the datasource there might be multiple possible problems. for example:
* the password is correct?
* the connection string is the same? and correct?
* the encoding of the DB
* the database has turned off

The root cause you will find it in the log jboss.out. Try to look for the first Exception If you cannot understand what is happening please upload your log file so we can help you better.
