My page in portal

Question

Hi all, 
 I want to create a page in portal which will be visible to all users. However this is not possible with personal page. Please let me know if there is any other way to achieve this in personal page.

Create Welcome page or personal page and give security to All user group.. Actually here Start page comes in picture. 
 
Even I am not very sure about Personal page. May be you need to ask all your user, whatever page you are going to create ask them to make it their start page.

No. After adding a channel, you can provide a security. Try to create a new Dashboardf or your business case. and In that you can configure Report.
