Function to download 'Processes with Errors' report under the "Monitoring View"

First of all, there is no OOB download facility in the new monitoring view however it is feasible in the customizable report.
And specific to the processes with errors, you can ONLY filter the processes with errors on the attended nodes by using the process metric "num_problem_tasks" and I am afraid there is any way possible to find out the errors on the unattended nodes.

you could create a new process report from a copy - maybe processes with alerts. Then create a PM using the execute process report - or create a SAIL interface to display the report.
