Does anyone know how to kill active user sessions or reset sessions in Appian?

I have user sessions showing up in Current User Activity that do not seem to go away.

    (1) I am not aware of an OOTB way to 'kill' a user's session, other than deactivating that user
    (2) Is the user session actually active. Just because they are showing in the admin console, doesn't mean they are active. Is there a business need to end their session for them? What is the date/time of last activity? That might be a better gauge.
