0312.service_manager.log
Windows 10, 64-Bit
I'm using the quick start installation guide to install Appian 18.3. I have my long-term Appian license and it does not expire until 2019.
When I run the command start.bat -p <password> -s all in my APPIAN_HOME, all Appian services start up right away except for notifications-email.
I've attached my service_manager.log file. I can't move forward until service manager completes and it is unclear why the email portion is hung up.

Was it the first time you started the servers? it is consistent always the same notifications-email? have you restarted the machine? Seems like in a previous discussion they had some similar issue with multiple ports and they changed the value of the port to 5083. * community.appian.com/.../unable-to-start-appian-services
Thank you soo much. I went through and checked all the ports in use for my laptop and found that 508+ were in use. So I ended up changing the port in the topology file to 5060. This is now resolved.
