Not able to connect mysql

Hi All,

Server was previously running fine but due to some issue it got stopped (whole server/system) and Appian also got stopped. Now i am trying to start Appian but facing issue. I am also not able to connect mysql from server. I am getting below error while connecting :

ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)
