Engine not starting

Hi,

I installed Appian 18.2 server but not able to start engines :i am getting below error (mentioned in the below link)

When i tried to check the license according to the below link 

https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/18.2/Requesting_and_Installing_a_license.html

for K it is fine but for the q output getting the below output :

"/root/q/q.k. OS reports: No such file or directory

0::

`/root/q/q.k"

but q file is available in the folder.
