Is there any provision of customizing(encrypting, adding additional security features) for the mails generated by Appian SMTP.
Also if I could get help on the complete process(WRT security) that gets followed for the mails generated by Appian.(system generated emails, alerts, send email smart service)
This came out with one of a client discussion, they were eager to know.

Hi, AFAIK there is no provision for customisation in Appian SMTP. The only way is creating a new Custom smart service for your use case.
