Migrating our environment to 18.2 from 17.4, how to import webservices from legacy Interface to admin console ?

Hi,

We migrated one of our environments to 18.2. I am not seeing the web services in the admin console at legacy web services link. Do I have to import these services? What steps should I follow to import the web services?
