How to Customize Password Change/Reset Emails

AFAIK,we can only configure whether to display forgot password link on home page or not through admin console and don't have that option to customize password change email as of now.

Hi Agustin,

Every email triggered through Appian must follow some template so I would suggest you to check with Appian support team. My strong feeling that there must be some configuration available for that.

Yes, it could be done by modifying the email configuration files at server side.

To remove the Appian branding, there is an object in Appian Designer (an HTML file), which is called "emailFooter"; you can find it by doing an "OBJECTS" search. Modifying this object resolved the other half of our problem.
