How to increase group_concat max limit in mysql cloud instance?

Generally speaking, customization of your cloud business database is not supported.
Appian Support & Cloud would have the final say.  Open a support case to find out.

I agreed with @Robert Shankin , you will need to override the value of group_concat_max_len Globally and for doing this, you need to talk to Support, hope they should be able to help you.

If you're calling a view you can create a stored procedure that pulls the select itself and declare the length by session. This should be able to solve your problem if by any restriction that configuration cant be changed.
