Unable to see a Data Store inside an Application

Environment Information: Appian 18.2.101.0 On-Premise

Problem Description: We are unable to see a published Datastore inside any Applications, but this Datastore exist in our environment and can be searched and modified in the Object Tab of the Design Environment

Test already performed to solve the issue: We have performed the following test to solve this issue but nothing has changed:

• ·       Enter inside the Application, where this datastore is used, and try to add this datastore using the “Add Existing Object” button. Appian confirmed of having      added this object      but we cannot see it
• ·       Export the application containing this datastore, opening the zip file is it possible to see the xml of the datastore
• ·       Create a new application containing only this datastore and adding this with “Add Existing Object”, same result as previous test
• ·       Republish the Datastore, Appian inform that this operation has been completed but nothing changed
• ·       Try to perform all the previous described test with another datastore and everything works fine
• ·       Try to see the datastore with different user type (System Admin and Basic User with Designer Role), no one can see it
• .       Try to modify a Constant of type Data Store Entity, both the value inside of Data Store and Entity Field are “Not Aviable” 

Has someone ever seen this error and know how to solve?

For the moment is not possible to see the jboss or application server log, but I don't think it will be usefull beacuse no errors are generated
