I am trying to install Appian 18.3 Version on windows, I am getting error for installing data-server.
Any leads to resolve this error will be extremely helpful..!!

That's a data server port, so I would check to make sure that your data servers are running and actually using that port. I would also check to make sure that your RDBMS is running and active, and able to receive traffic from that port. Did you make sure MySQL server or Oracle server was already on before you ran startup? Did you make sure to configure the same ports on both your RDBMS and Appian?
