Contact your Adminsistrator to unexpire the document

Hi.

We've recently upgraded to version 18.2.  The ability to unexpire a document is not clear, can anyone advise?  The Document Properties states "Contact your Administrator to unexpire the document to view it."

  • You can ask your system administrator to extend the expiration date. Or In case of many documents use Edit KC smart service. The Edit KC node lets you update the name, description and/or expiration date of a selected Knowledge Center. To execute this node, you must be a System Administrator, a member of the Document Administrators group, or a Knowledge Center Administrator.

    Some information on Expiration Duration
    By default, documents in the System Knowledge Center and My Private Knowledge Center expire after 9999 days, documents in the Temporary Documents Knowledge Center expire after one year (365 days), and documents stored in all other knowledge centers never expire.
  • How About the document which is stored in Folder which comes under KC (expiry duration - 9999 days) ? 
    Seems like document is expired after 365 days.
