Login issue for Administrator

Hi,

We are facing issue with login into environment. This is on premise 18.3v environment.

While I try to reset password from Forget Password, email is not sent to my email address.

As we are system admin, is there anyway I can reset my password to login other than from admin console.

I have freed used memory on which environment is mounted. Still facing login issues. Our environment is running with Tomcat integrated application. We are not running on any apache webserver. In this case, do I need to restart application/appian. Please suggest.
