Login issue for Administrator

Hi Saicharan,

Please check whether all the Appian engines are up and running.

Edwin Yesa : Yes all the engines are up and running.
In the server, I can see the directory in size in which appian is mounted on is used 100%. Is this the root cause for this issue?

Please check email option "Allow Appian to send email" is checked or not in Admin Console>>INTEGRATION>>Email, as shown below

if not and you are unable to login ask another system admin to checked that option from admin console and then you can reset your password through email

Did not receive email in SPAM too..

Looks like memory issue. Please check the disk space in which Appian is installed and do the following,

1. Free up some of the disk space
2. Execute the cleanup script

First make sure there are no errors in your application server logs during startup.
Then try doing this to set a new admin password:
docs.appian.com/.../Post-Install_Configurations.html

Hi, I have freed my memory space. Even then, could not login.
Can u please let me know how do I execute cleaup script. Link of documentation would help me.
