Good afternoon all,
We have an issue with automated plugin manager, when we tried to run a ddl script from the Web URL: ---/suite/plugins/servlet/deploymentautomation, The servlet is stuck on this error and we are not able to navigate from this page. We are on Cloud 19.1 instance. We tried redeploying from admin console and delete from back end and deploy the plugin as well. Still the error persists.
I appreciate if any can shed on light on how to resolve this issue.

we are trying to restart the instance as our last resort.
Restarting the Instance didnt work as well.
Additional information and questions from Rama after I recommended deploying via command line:
"We have been able to get unlock the screen by chance from the Cmd line. we checked the documentation on this link and it doesn't have any support on debugging the plugin. Can you provide any documentation on debugging the plugin if it is stuck?
One more interesting thing is, if the plugin is stuck with some thing it is unavailable for next 2 hours with a message plugin is in use. There is no escape out of this page or we cannot stop the deployment once its started. Once it is locked on this screen, Plugin will reset it self after 2 hours with a message Exception. There is no log with what has been successful and what hasn't. Does this plugin support deployment of large Datasets? Are there any restrictions on the plugins? Any documentation is appreciated."
As the Deployment Automation Manager is officially supported by the Appian product team, please submit an Appian Support case to troubleshoot issues with this toolset.
