The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. During the migration, Appian Community Edition, Appian Academy, Documentation, Certifications, Instructor-led Customer Training, Partner Sales Training & Accreditation, and Forum (for Appian Partners and Customers only) will remain available.
Is there a way to view all customization files that exist in an environment?

There is no direct way however you can see it by Application package wise. To do so you need to export the package which will give you the list of customization component.
