I am getting a error while trying to login to the designer using my netwrok credentials - "The username/password entered is invalid. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive." . Which log file do I need to check to identify the root cause. ...

1. Change the following logger to DEBUG in

<APPIAN_HOME>\\runtime_ear|ear\\suite.ear\\resources\\appian_log4j.properties:

log4j.logger.org.springframework.security=DEBUG

2. Review the application-server.log under <APPIAN_HOME>\\logs
