Is there a way we cna restore the Default Community created under communities. The default community got deleted from a process by mistake and because of that none of the tabs are visible in the designer. Please advice....

You can export it from any Appian environment in an application and import it in the impacted environment. This community has a reserved UUID which means that importing it will restore.
