We are using a hosted solution, so we don't have access to the servers and don't have any ability to get to settings ourselves. Can we get details for our settings sent to us? Thanks

You can request specific information from your environment via support case, however, here are the defaults for Appian Cloud solutions: forum.appian.com/.../Appian_Cloud_User_Account_Policies
