Error related to missing an installation record

Hi,

We are receiving a mail from appian support. We are unable to understand what we need to do with this.

<senders_name> recently submitted a support case where they indicated that an installation was missing from <our_company_name> records. Please take the time to update these records, which you can do via the related action on the account record. Doing so will allow quicker resolution of future support cases

On clicking given link (account record marked in red color) below error appears:

Error Evaluating UI Expression Expression evaluation error [evaluation ID = FWXIXS00] in rule 'a_summarypage' at function fn!group [line 2]: Insufficient permission (APNX-1-4198-000)

    Please contact support@appian.com - perhaps forward the original email you received to them and let them know the error you're receiving.  Please make sure that whoever is trying to open the link in the email is one of your organization's cloud support contacts, as the error you've pasted makes it look as if maybe it's being opened by someone who's not authorized to see support cases for your organization.
