Documents which are uploaded are not moving to the Destination Folder

Hi,

when i upload an document those documents are getting saved in the Temporary knowledge center.

It is not moving to the Destination/Target Folder.

The KC,Document Folder securities are checked and there is no issue with that.

And this issue not occuring often for some exceptional cases it is happening like this and not able to access the document in that folder.

When tried to check the document the parent is <Not Visible> it shows.

Someone please say what could be the reason.
