HI,
I have installed appian 7.2 everthing is working fine but the designer url is not showing up it gives 404 error. I am not able to rectify the exact issue. it will be great if anybody could help as this is needed to up on urgent basis. Thanks in advance...

You can check with below points :
1) All the engines are up and running
2) In custom.property file, check the Server and Port setting
3) Tempo, Portal or even application server page shows up
4) Whether the loggedin user is the member of the Designer group. Because it can be the Forbidden access issue. Can you please elaborate on how you are accessing the designer?

HI Malathik, Thanks for your reply I have check all the things. I have also mentioned server and port details in custom.properties file but still none of the pages of tempo,portal is showing up
but my jboss server is running up as my localhost:8080 is working fine.
but when I type localhost:8080/suite/designer its showing up 404 error

Can you please check for any error in jboss log. if yes, please provide the starting error.

HI I have seen both boot.log and server.log for the jboss server but I am not able to see even a word named error or something. Can you let me know HOw can I attach the files so that I can attach it to show to the files
